Usage Directions:

Open cap and remove foil protective seal. Replace cap, open flip top and gently sqeeze to apply a pea-size drop to healthy skin over joints and muscles. A little of this gel goes a long way. Gently rub into skin until absorbed and dry to the touch. The milky white gel will feel slightly sticky at first but will fully absorb in 5-7 minutes. It helps to massage the gel in to the skin. Feels good too! Do not wipe or wash off. Reapply when joint, muscle, or skin discomfort returns.
